Paper signatures were the enemy at this company- they had complex approval processes that required multiple and various signatures. This process made tracking the invoices difficult. Plus, lengthy approval times negatively affected the company’s efficiency and visibility. After some research, the company decided to implement iPayables InvoiceWorks for both electronic invoicing and payment.
With full visibility, approval processes were simplified. With automated workflow, approval times dropped to a few days. Additionally, seventeen employees were no longer needed in invoicing processing and reallocated.
Goal: Eliminate paper and paper signatures, eliminate poor processes, and gain full visibility.
