Online Support Center
It's all in the Online Support Center! Whether you need help sending invoices to your customer, or are interested in shortcuts for approving invoices from your suppliers, the Support Center makes the answers easy to find.
  • View/Download File Specification Documentation for all accepted Invoice File Formats.
  • Search the KnowledgeBase to find Frequently Asked Questions, and resolutions to technical issues.
  • Post Comments on the ReviewBoard to have important Issues added to the KnowledgeBase.
  • Visit the Customer Documentation Library (by vendor/customer-specific permission) to find customer forms, instructions, and help guides
To access the Support Center, click on the drop-down list in the blue bar above. (Show a picture of the drop-down with Support Center highlighted with a mouse pointer) You will need either a valid Logon ID and Password, or a valid Priority ID and Password.

If you do not have a Logon ID or Priority ID, you can review signup instructions and Frequently Asked Questions without having to logon to the Support Center.

If your company is the customer/payer (your accounts payable department has asked you to approve invoices with iPayables) then review Customer FAQs for signup instructions.

If you or your company is the vendor/supplier (your customer has asked that you send invoices through iPayables) then review Supplier FAQs for signup instructions and Frequently Asked Questions.
