How do I access the Support Center?
Click 'Log on' on the right hand menu. To access the Support Center you need a User ID or Priority and Password. The customer who requested you use iPayables should have given you this information. If not, please call us.

Once you have either a Priority ID or a User ID and the appropriate password you will be able to access the Support Center. Based on your Priority ID or User ID, the Support Center gives you specific information pertinent to your customers. There are signup and procedural instructions, file formatting guides, and important messages from your customers.

Does this cost anything?
No. iPayables does not charge suppliers for the use and support of InvoiceWorks. Your customer is paying the associated charges.

Can I send invoices through iPayables to my other customers?
Yes, provided those customers have signed up with iPayables. If they have not, let us know. We always appreciate the referral.

Do I need to install anything on my computer?
To use iPayables, you need Internet access and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later. For a free edition of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, visit Microsoft at www.microsoft.com.

Can other suppliers see my invoices?
No. Only you and your customer can see your invoice.

Can I have more than one User ID for my company if I want others to be able to access iPayables?
Yes. If necessary we can setup multiple users for your company.

What file formats do you accept?
For a vendor submitting only a few invoices a month, there is no format necessary. Simply key invoice information into the iPayables PO or Non-PO Invoice screens. Larger volume vendors who want to upload invoice files should view file format information in the Support Center. XML, EDI, and CSV (comma delimited) formats are available.
