Lake Forest, CA September 16, 2006 - iPayables announced today that their internet invoicing product, InvoiceWorks, offers full compliance with the European Community electronic invoicing guidelines. Among other requirements, the guidelines include providing a digital signature and capturing Value Added Tax (VAT) information.

iPayables worked with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and BearingPoint Europe to ensure that customers were compliant with the European Community regulations.
